Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total intravenous anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil Adults more than 70 years of age American Society of Anesthesiology Classification I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Highly obese patients with 35 or higher BMI Aortic valve dysfunction Forehead skin condition not suitable for attaching Cerebral Oxygen saturation monitoring
