Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ThePatients over 18 years and ASA classification 1-3 who are undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with LMA insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal of the patient 2) The patient without teeth or with dentures. 3) Head and neck surgery 4) In case LMA cannot be used due to oral problems or mechanical ventilation disorders 5) Body mass index (BMI) > 40kg/m2
