Inclusion criteria: 1. Full term within 48 hours of birth 2. Korean parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infant who was treated for severe diseases such as neonatal death, neonatal hypoglycemia, sepsis, and congenital infection during the newborn period 2.Infant who was treated with antibiotics within one month of birth after enrollment
