Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1-3, 18-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with respiratory disease, history of airway disease, difficult intubation, limited neck movement, and morbid obesity (body mass index more than 35 kg/m2).
