Procedure/Surgery : After induction of anesthesia and preparation for surgery, ORI, PaO2, SpO2 are measured while controlling FiO2 immediately after formation of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients, aged 19-75 years, with a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery for more than 1 hour under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: airway deformity, lung disease, people with serious cardiovascular disease, Preoperative chest X-ray abnormal findings (eg atelectasis, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.)
