Procedure/Surgery : Before anesthetic induction, in patients randomized to the IPACK with continuous ACB group (group i) and epidural block group (group e), IPACK block and ACB was performed under an
an ultrasound probe was positioned In the popliteal crease, the needle tip was placed between the popliteal artery and capsule of the knee, and 20 ml of 0.2% ropivacaine with adrenaline (1:200,000) wa
lumbar epidural catheter was placed at the L3-4 level and 0.2% ropivacaine was injected at the rate of 5 ml/hr.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled to undergo unilateral total knee replacement with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I-II are invited to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ASA class 2 < 2) acute cardiovascular disease (NYHA stage III/IV ) 3) allergy to local anesthetics and analgesics 4) cognitive impairment 5) contraindication of nerve block 6) chronic renal or hepatic dysfunction 7) rheumatoid arthritis 8) epidural block and peripheral nerve block failed 9) pregnancy
