Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient and inpatient patients over 20 years of age who were diagnosed with cancer and visited the Department of Hematology and Oncology, including simple follow-up treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have difficulty wearing smart bands. Subjects who have difficulty communicating due to delirium, etc. Subjects with a survival period of less than one month.

The two questionnaires below are administered before the start of the study and at the time of FU after a week. - ISI The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) is an insomnia severity scale questionnaire that measures the severity of insomnia for adults. It consists of 7 items. The amputation score was 15 points, with 0-7 points indicating no significant insomnia. Scores of 8-14 indicate a slight insomnia. A score of 15-21 indicates moderate insomnia. A score of 22 or higher is considered severe insomnia.- FACT-G Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G) is a tool developed to measure the quality of life of patients receiving treatment for chronic diseases such as cancer, AIDS, and multiple sclerosis. FACT-G consists of 27 items divided into 4 areas: physical, functional, social, and emotional well-being. Physical well-being includes disease-related symptoms and treatment-related side effects, and functional well-being is reflects the functioning and role abilities of daily living It reflects how well you adapt to disease or distress. The FACT-G, which consists of 4 areas and 28 items, is widely used to measure the quality of life in clinical research by reflecting the quality of life caused by the patient's disease and treatment well.
