Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age over 18 years; (2) persistent pain around the TMJ or neck for more than 3 months; (3) patients without definite evidence of a TMJ problem on plain radiography and physical examination; (4) confirmed cervical hypolordosis on plain radiography; and (5) diagnosed with cervical MPS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of spinal surgery; (2) history of other medical conditions that can cause scoliosis, such as muscular dystrophy or Chiari malformation; (3) history of tumor or myelopathy; and (4) patients who should minimize their exposure to radiation due to pregnancy or other medical conditions
