Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included in the study if they fulfill the following criteria: • Age of >19 years able to provide written informed consent • patient with 6-9 mm sized colorectal polyp

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded in the study if they fulfill the following criteria: • Age of <19 years • inable to provide written informed consent • patient with confirmed malignant polyp, suspected malignant polyp, previously incomplete resection polyp, subepithelial lesion • inflammatory bowel disease patients, uninterrupted antithrombotic therapy patients, coagulopathy patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
local recurrence rate as determined by endoscopic assessment (no visible recurrent polyps) and histological assessment (scar biopsies) on surveillance colonoscopy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
en bloc resection rate; R0 resection rate;procedure time (measured as the time from the submucosal injection to complete removal of the polyp based on endoscopic assessment);intra-procedural and post-procedural adverse effect(immediate bleeding, delayed bleeding, immediate perforation, delayed perforation, post polypectomy syndrome)
