Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Association of Anesthesiologists Systemic Status Classification 1,2 patients over 40 years of age with hypertension who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patients who are expected to have a difficult airway ii. lung and pleural diseases iii. upper respiratory tract infection iv. Hemodynamically unstable patients v. patients with elevated intracranial pressure vi. Patients whose electrocardiogram is not in normal sinus rhythm on preoperative examination vii. Unstable angina, left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% viii. serious vascular disease ix. cerebrovascular stenosis
