Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 20 and 79 2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in lateral decubitus position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emphysematous lung lesion 2. Patients with moderate or more chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (FEV1 / FVC < 70% ; 50% = FEV1 < 80%) 3. Patients with pulmonary hypertension 4. Patients with right heart failure 5. Pleural injury during surgery 6. Refusal of consent 7. Pateints who are judged to be inappropriate for the clinical trial according to the opinion of the investigator of the trial
