Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: postbronchodilator forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) to forced vital capacity ratio 50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe medical condition with limitation on daily activity recent acute respiratory infection unable to wear face mask
