Inclusion criteria: ? age between 30 to 80 ? PD patients diagnosed based on the International Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society criteria Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease ? PSP patients diagnosed based on the Diagnostic criteria for progressive supranuclear palsy second consensus for diagnosis of multiple system atrophy ? MSA patients diagnosed based on the Diagnostic criteria for Corticobasal syndrome Diagnostic criteria for Lewy body dementia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients who have respiratory diseases ? a person deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the researcher
