Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with neurological symptoms due to cervical myelopathy or neuromuscular disease - Patients who have been diagnosed with cervical myelopathy or neuromuscular disease and have no improvement in symptoms despite active conservative treatment for more than 3 months - Patients undergoing surgery using allograft during anterior fusion - Adults between 20 and 80 years of age - Patients who are able to express their pain or dysfunction and consent to the preoperative study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with a history of previous cervical spine surgery - Patients who need posterior surgery in addition to anterior surgery - Patients with other underlying diseases other than cervical myelopathy or neuromuscular disease that may cause upper extremity sensorine abnormalities and affect outcome evaluation. ex) Tumor, Carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Amytrophic lateral sclerosis - Adolescents under the age of 20 or elderly patients over 80 years of age - Patients who are medically incapable of consenting or unable to communicate - Women who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during the study period
