Interventions

Behavioral : The exercise group will enact two sessions of strength training, 5 sessions of cardiorespiratory endurance exercise per week, and 7 sessions of flexibility exercise per week for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 obese women with 30% or higher body fat aged 19 ~ 64

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with severe cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), endocrine system disease, or mental illness history. Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg) Pregnant and lactating women Others determined by the researcher to be unsuitable for the experiment
