Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults over 20 years of age ? Patients receiving regular hemodialysis treatment at least twice a week ? Patients with vascular maturation at least 2 months after arteriovenous fistula surgery ? Patients who understand the purpose of this study and consent in writing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients with dialysis access infection, aneurysmal changes with increased size ?pregnant women, lactating women, and those with a body temperature of 38? or higher. ?in the case of surgery or surgery due to complications related to arteriovenous fistula during far-infrared treatment, the subject
