Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring dental scaling and root planing,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who have history of or are currently visiting otorhinolaryngology clinics owing to hearing problems. - Use of hearing aids. - Patients with severe periodontitis requiring surgical periodontal treatment. - Patients with less than three teeth each sextant of the dental arch, including premolars and molars. - Patients who took painkillers.
