Procedure/Surgery : The efficacy and efficiency of preoxygenation are investigated in the groups performed using 80% or 100% of inspired fraction of oxygen during preoxygenation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I~III without cardiovascular disease that affects respiratory physiology. Asymptomatic gallbladder disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - obese patients with BMI > 35kg/m2 - patients who are not able to perform preoxygenation due to uncooperative or claustrophobia - anatomical abnormalities in the airways - contraindications for the drugs used in the study
