Medical Device, Procedure/Surgery : 1) Endocem MTA Premixed - Inserted in canal 2) ProRoot MTA - Inserted in canal In both case, same procedure of root end-filling(Procedure of apicoectomy)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults 19 years of age or older ? Symptomatic or asymptomatic apical periodontitis, chronic apical abscess ; symptoms remained after nonsurgical root canal treatment and unidentified cause of treatment failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Systemic patients who have difficulty in dental treatment ? Crack of apcial or root perforations ? Tooth with class II mobility or greater ? lesion and/or a lesion of combined periodontal endodontic origin. ? vertical root fracture ? Tunnel lesion, apicomarginal defects
