Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male subjects in their 20s and 40s 2) Those whose lower extremity is lower than 80 degrees when raising the lower extremities 3) A person who can perform the forward Flexion Distance test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) If you have a history of lower extremity injury 2) If there is a history of disc herniation or lumbar protrusion 3) If you have a history of acute back pain 4) If there is a history of pain or paresthesia in the lower extremities 5) If there is a history of muscle-tendon lesions of the hamstring muscles at least 1 month prior to the study (tendonitis, sprain, muscle rupture) 6) Study subjects wearing knee or hip joint prosthesis 7) Subjects unable to take a position to perform the test or physically unable to undergo interventions or evaluations 8) Subjects using drugs that may affect measurement (e.g. muscle relaxants)
