Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults who are American society of anesthesia (ASA) class III~IV 2) Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines or etomidate drugs 2) Patients with severe hepatic impairment, such as, patients with Child-Pugh classifications B and C and patients with chronic renal disease 3) Patients with low ejection fraction ( =40%) 4) Patients with diagnosed adrenocortical insufficiency of taking glucocorticoids within 6 months, if ever used
