Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)age = 65 2)Mild to moderate dementia ( 10= MMSE) 3)No impairment of hearing or vision. 4)Patients who were registered facilities for more than a month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who has changed in taking medication during intervention period. 2)Patients with psychiatric disease.
