Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those included in the database of patients who were diagnosed with a renal stone of larger than 1 cm at Seoul National University Hospital and who underwent MINI-PCNL or RIRS - A person who agrees to the collection of information on MINI-PCNL and RIRS in order to publish as a prospective study and agrees to the agreement that anonymized patient information may be used for the presentation of research results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with missing medical records - Patients who do not agree with the purpose of this study

Patient factors (demographic parameters such as age, sex, height, weight, body mass index, preoperative Hb, creatinine level, etc.);Renal stone factors (anatomical factors such as maximum size, volume, location, and intrarenal location of stones);Surgical factors (total surgery time, anesthesia time, intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion, use of flexible endoscope, DJ catheter insertion, nephrostomy tube insertion), surgical results (existence of remnant stone before discharge, presence of remnant stone for 1, 3 months, length of hospitalization) Frequency and quantity of heavy analgesic use, start date of diet, date of drainage tube removal, length of stay, pain (visual analogue scale));Surgery-related prognostic factors (remnant stone incidence (stone removal rate), patient's Hb change before and after surgery, blood transfusion and complications, length of stay, and patient's pain level);Renal function-related factors: 99m-technetium-diethylene-triaminepentacetate (99mTc-DTPA) results (including information on relative renal function and separate GFR, excretion time, retention and obstruction)
