Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants were office workers in either S or M workplace, whose risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease was “low risk” or higher based on the criteria of KOSHA classifying risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease as "health", "low risk", "medium risk", "high risk" and "highest risk"
