Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute vertigo 2. Patients with mixed nystagmus of horizontal nystagmus and torsional nystagmus 3. Patients with horizontal semicircular canal abnormalities confirmed in the head-impulse test and caloric weakness of 25% or more in the caloric response 4. Patients without other auditory or neurological symptoms 5. 19 years old or older and less than 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic dizziness lasting more than one month 2. Negative HIT (head-impulse test) or normal range on caloric test 3. Patients with a history of treatment for hearing disorders or previous vestibular disorders 4. Patients with abnormal findings on neurological examination or abnormal findings on neuroimaging examination. 5. Patients with clinically serious diseases (cerebrovascular disease, cardiopulmonary disease, liver disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor, musculoskeletal disease, etc.) 6. Pregnant women and other patients who find it difficult to participate due to the judgment of the researcher 7. Those who do not agree to participate in the research
