Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons who have early gastric cancer or dysplasia 1. Age range 18-80 2. Sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of endoscopic submucosal dissection 2. Uncontrolled severe cardiovascular, liver, lung, nervous system and psychiatric disorders / cancer or AIDS / other gastrointestinal or endocrine disorders 3. Who denied informed consent 4. Medication such as aspirin or clopidogrel, which affects bleeding 5. Previous history of gastrectomy of any reason
