Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Histologically proven small cell lung cancer - Limited stage according to AJCC - ECOG performance status =2 - Follow-up duration =1 year - HbA1c levels were checked 2 week before the start of radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Histologically proven non-small cell lung cancer - Patients who did not complete the planned radiotherapy - No available follow-up data
