Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? A patient who underwent high tibial osteotomy for medial knee osteoarthritis ? Patients who received treatment according to the doctor's instructions including joint movement ? Adults over 20 years of age ? Patients who had MRI 3 months before surgery ? Those who performed an ultrasound examination of the meniscus prolapse of the knee joint before surgery ? It is intended for patients who underwent high tibial osteotomy from July 2020 to May 2021, and medical records from July 2020 to May 2022 will be collected considering the one-year follow-up period. ? When a person performs high tibial osteotomy for each knee joint at a time interval, each knee joint is judged as an independent case, and a separate subject is selected and informed consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with inflammatory arthritis or crystallization arthritis ? Definite cartilage erosion in the weight-bearing part of the contralateral compartment ? Patients with preoperative flexion contracture of 15 degrees or more, varus deformity of 10 degrees or valgus deformity of 15 degrees or more, which may affect the soft tissue and knee joint ligament balance after surgery ? Patients whose range of motion in the knee joint is less than 90 degrees before surgery ? Severely obese patients with a body mass index of 40 or more
