Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient with American Society of Anesthesiologists classification ?2 undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity? BMI 30, Mallampatti class 3 or 4, patient with sleep apnea, pulmonary disease, recent upper airway infection within 3 weeks, liver disease (AST or ALT ? 100 U/L), or renal disease (sCr = 2 mg/dL)
