Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Adult (20=age<80), male and female B. Patients undergoing clip ligation to treat unruptured cerebral aneurysm C. Patients with conventional Pterional Craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. patients with a previous history of craniotomy on the ipsilateral side B. Patients undergoing multiple craniotomy C. Patients with expanding Pterional Craniotomy
