Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery Adults (20~80 years) with Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rrefusal of informed consent The history of hyper-reaction or allergic reaction to benzodiazepine or flumazenil Urgent surgery More than 2 times elevation of normal limit in aspartate aminotransferase/ alanine aminotransferase within a week More than 3.0 mg/dL of total bilirubin within a week Alcohol or drug abuser
