Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants who participate in a moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity for at least 100 minutes per week or muscle-strengthening exercise at least once a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We only included those who have not undergone treatment or surgery on ankle, knee, hip joint in the past 6 months, those who do not have inflammatory or degenerative joint disease.
