Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on sarcopenia, ‘musculoskeletal muscle mass/height 2’ is less than 5.4 kg/m2 Over 32% body fat percentage based on obesity Elderly women over 65 years of age A person who can voluntarily participate in decision-making

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have participated in an exercise program within the last 6 months Those with musculoskeletal disorders, Those who have problems participating in various physical examinations
