Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - AD patients diagnosed according to the Hanifin and Rajka criteria and with SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) >15 - 35 patients for each age group; 0-1, 2-5, 6-18, and >19 years living in Seoul

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients with other skin lesion except AD symptoms - In case of taking oral corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drug within 4 weeks
