Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who are taking nursing courses at each university and are in the 4th year - Those who are taking Nursing Management 2, a required course for the Nursing major in the second semester of 2021 - Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate voluntarily - Those who have no experience in leadership-related programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Students who have re-completed Nursing Management 1 and Introduction to Nursing, which are related subjects in Nursing Management - Students taking courses in the lower grades that may affect nursing leadership
