Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 65 to 84 years old. 2. Person who can walk independently for more than 10 meters. 3. Those who can exercise while wearing Myosuit. 4. Those with a short physical performance battery (SPPB) score of 7 or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person with a serious communication disability due to cognitive impairment or aphasia. 2. Weight above 110kg or less than 45kg. 3. Taller than 195cm or less than 150cm. 4. Those who have serious internal medical conditions that can affect walking. 5. A person with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that can affect walking. 6. 6 minute walking test (6mWT), 10 meter walking test (10mWT) + EMG, Squat + EMG, Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and walking function evaluation (using GAT).
