Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria: From the date of IRB approval to February 2022, normal subjects who visit KUMC Anam or Ansan ophthalmology clinic for general medical exam, patients who are expected to undergo cataract surgery or vitrectomy, and patients who come to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment of various ophthalmic diseases. Adults over the age of 20 who satisfy the following conditions: 1) Axial length: 22mm or more and less than 28mm 2) Average keartometry: more than 40 diopter (D) and less than 48D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria 1) Patients who are difficult to measure due to medium turbidity such as severe vitreous bleeding and vitreous opacity 2) Patients with concomitant intraocular diseases such as corneal opacity, severe cataract, severe glaucoma, retinal vascular disease, previous vitreous retinal surgery or laser treatment history, etc. 3) Patients whose records of observation variables in this study are incomplete
