Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: IBD patients aged between 20 and 80 years, who have been inoculated with second SARS-CoV-2 vaccine for more than 1 week 2. Health control group: Persons aged between 20 and 80 who have been inoculated with second SARS-CoV-2 vaccine for more than 1 week 3. A participant who has signed a written consent form after hearing the explanation of the purpose and method of the clinical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: Patients with IBD for whom information on adverse reactions related to vaccination cannot be obtained 2. Healthy control group: Healthcare workers for whom information on adverse reactions related to vaccination cannot be obtained 3. IBD patients with acute illness who have been hospitalized within 4 weeks of vaccination 4. IBD patients who have had surgery within 3 months 5. Subjects who do not agree to participate in the study
