Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person diagnosed with COVID-19 and quarantined. - Those who are classified as mild by medical staff. : Those who don't have underlying respiratory diseases. : Oxygen saturation is measured over 95%, and hemodynamically stable. : A person whose chest image shows no prominent pneumonia. - Those who were born between 2003 and 2008. - A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - not medically stable. - hard to speak Korean. - Someone who has communication problems.
