Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are being followed up without clinical problems after kidney transplantation 2) 19 years old or older - 75 years old or younger 3) Patients scheduled for renal transplantation biopsy 4) Underlying Chronic renal disease 5) Patients without other comorbidities 6) Persons planning to perform biopsy of transplanted kidneys

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with malignant tumors 2) Patients who underwent 2 transplants 3) Under 19 years old, over 75 years old 4) Patients who are not scheduled for renal transplantation biopsy 5) In case of multiple metastases 6) Patients who have performed kidney biopsy within 1 year or have a history of severe damage to the transplanted kidney 7) A situation in which the probability of obtaining appropriate data for the purpose of the study is very low.

MeasureTime frame
Statistically significance between renal blow flow using SMI technique and degree of renal fibrosis in biopsy (P<0.01).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Statistically significance between renal tissue elasticity using SWE technique and degree of renal fibrosis in biopsy (P<0.01).
