Medical Device : The subjects were educated on how to use the tinnitus application (care4ear) and use it for tinnitus sound therapy according to the application's guide.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient who presented with symptoms of tinnitus lasting more than 3 months A patient with tinnitus with a Tinnitus Disorder Scale (THI) score of 18 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In case of moderate or severe hearing loss In case of major otological problems such as otitis media with effusion, auditory nerve tumor, Meniere's disease In case of multiple co-morbidities In case of presence of psychiatric disorders including depression, traumatic stress, and panic disorder In case of taking antidepressants or sleep medicines.
