Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed as extensive stage SCLC by histocytologic confirmation 2. Patients who are planning to initiate 1st line atezolizumab for SCLC Or Patients who are already under treatment with 1st line atezolizumab for SCLC will also be eligible to current study 3. Male or female adult patients aged 19 years old and above 4. The participants who provide written informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who already completed atezolizumab treatment
