Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with 19 - 79 years old and persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent pulmonary vein isolation and right side linear ablation (cavotricuspid and inter-caval line ablation) by attend physician's discretion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not provide the informed consent 79 years old Pregnancy Prior right side ablation or maze surgery Significant valvular heart disease Severe heart failure (NYHA4) Uncontrolled myocardial ischemia Intracardiac thrombus Contraindications to the anticoagulants Life expectancy < 1 year
