Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient over 20 years old undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery for a rotator cuff syndrome at Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication of interscalene block (blood coagulation disorder, injection site infection, neurological disorder of the operating arm, diaphragmatic paralysis, local anesthetic allergy), severe cardiopulmonary disease, systemic steroid use, chronic opioid use, gastric ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes
