Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist and who have motor fluctuations 2. Those who have not participated in self-management programs in the last 2 months 3. Those with no cognitive impairment and no communication difficulties with MMSE (Mini-mental State Examination) score of 20 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected atypical parkinsonism 2. Patients with other diseases (chronic kidney disease, heart disease, cancer, etc.) that may affect quality of life, non-motor symptoms and self-management
