Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Main family caregiver for the person with dementia registered at Dementia Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. - Those who speak Korean as their mother tongue - Adults over 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have difficulty communicating due to cognitive or physical reasons - Care worker who are not family - Those who have difficulty in using VR/MR equipment (HMD) due to vision and hearing problems - Those who participated in VR/MR-based education program production I, II pilot test - Persons with dizziness-related diseases (e.g. Meniere's disease) - Those who have never experienced the behavioral and psychological symptoms of the person with dementia cared for by family caregivers
