Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18-65 years 2) Patients expected to undergo general anesthesia for more than 2 hours during elective surgery 3) Patients corresponding to American Society of Anesthesiologist Status 1-2 ? American Society of Anesthesiologist Status 1: Normal healthy patient ? American Society of Anesthesiology Classification 2: Patients with mild systemic disease (mild systemic disease without functional impairment)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients under total intravenous anesthesia 2) Emergency surgery patients 2) body mass index = 30 kg/m2 3) Pregnant and lactating women 4) Patients with lung diseases such as asthma and COPD 5) Patients allergic to drugs (including inhaled anesthetics) a. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to sevoflurane, desflurane, or other halogenated anesthetics b. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to remifentanil and other fentanyl analogues c. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to rocuronium and any of its components or neuromuscular blockers 6) Patients with kidney disease (patients with creatinine clearance less than 60ml/min, patients with renal impairment with a baseline blood creatinine value of 1.5 mg/dL or more) 7) Patients with liver dysfunction 8) Patients with neuromuscular junction disease, including patients with myasthenia gravis and myasthenia gravis 10) Patients who have difficulty in voluntary consent; 11) Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, including those with difficulty in normal communication 12) Past and family history of malignant hyperthermia 13) Patients with convulsions and patients with acute hepatic porphyria
