Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screening selection criteria - 20 to 79 years old. - Non-smoking (for more than 2 years of non-smoking period) - Slimming in the lubricate test, FEV1 / FVC=70%, FVC= 80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Screening exclusion standard - A person with nervous system, musculoskeletal, heart and respiratory disease. - pregnant woman. - Chest and abdominal incision Surgery experience. - Smoker. - Those who judged that the examer is inappropriate for the participation of the study due to other reason.
