Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age,18 or greater 2. general, gynecological, otolaryngological, plastic, and urological surgery 3. use of inhalation anesthetic (desflurane or sevoflurane 4. February 1 to August 31, 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing clinical information (including demographic, past medical history, use of vasopressor infusion, transfusion, emergency, intraoperative fluid input, intraoperative opioid use) 2. Missing or interrupted vital record 3. Vital records without information regarding inhalation anesthetic, perfusion index, blood pressure 4. combined surgery
