Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult men and women aged between 20 and 50 years 2. No upper gastrointestinal symptoms 3. Patients who consented to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No consent to participate in the study 2. Pregnancy or lactation 3. Having underlying diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart disease, or kidney failure 4. Having taken a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) or H2-blocker within 4 weeks 5. Having taken antibiotics or probiotics within 4 weeks 6. H. pylori positivity or having been previously treated for H. pylori eradication 7. Intestinal metaplasia shown on gastroscopy 8. Having had gastric surgery before 9. Having previously been diagnosed with stomach cancer 10. Having a history of acute cerebrovascular and cardiovascular complications in the last 3 months 11. HIV infection, active tuberculosis, and liver cirrhosis 12. Being considered by the researcher to be difficult to participate in this study
